Late Babu Harmawan Dayal Sinha was a leading criminal lawyer and a great educationist of Unnao, who established multiple schools so no student would be deprived of education.
H.M. Dayal H.S. School was established in 2001 in Civil Lines, Unnao, was founded to commemorate his vision. Today, it stands as a co-educational institution affiliated with the UP Board (Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad), offering classes I–X in both Hindi and English medium. The school is located in a well-developed area with its own building, playground, modern facilities, and an environment that nurtures equality, mutual respect, and holistic development.
